BREAKFAST SHOW WITH CHEF MERCY

Good morning Zoelovers, its a beautiful Wednesday morning in the city of Uyo, Akwaibom state.
It's the breakfast show and I am Miracle Abia, your host 👧!

We have in our midst  a beautiful Chef, Mercy Abia based in the city of Uyo and of course the CEO of Food island.
Today's breakfast show is one of its kind, Chef Mercy is going to teach us how to make something yummy and sumptuous to survive in our homes during this general world Holiday. ❤️

HOST: Good morning Chef Mercy, CEO Food_island, welcome to the breakfast show

CHEF MERCY: Good morning zoelovers, and thank you for having me on the show.

HOST: So what are we learning today, we all should try a new dish right?

CHEF MERCY: laughs. Right!
Today we'll be learning how to make ayamase sauce (Stew). Let's get our pens and note pad.
First and foremost, we need to know our ingredients, so here they are.
Ingredients;
° Large bell green peppers/Red peppers
° Large scotch bunnet peppers.
° Assorted proteins (beef, fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, kpomo etc.)
° Iru (locust beans)
° Seasoning
° Salt
° Crayfish
° Onions.
° Palm oil.
And we're set to roll, please below are the procedures to make our ingredients become our meal.
1. Blend your bell pepper, bunnet pepper and onion.
2. Boil blended mixture till it's cooked.
3. This is the most important procedure.
Bleach the palm oil till it becomes transparent, please don't cause a fire outbreak (Laughs).
When the oil is perfectly bleached, you add your chopped onions and blended mixture and leave to steam.
4. Add your already washed Iru (locust beans), add Abit of salt and allow to steam for a while till the oil starts to float because that's how we'll know it's cooked.
5. Now you add your already seasoned assorted proteins into your pot.
6. Add Abit of Crayfish to add more flavour and spice to the stew.
Our Ayamase Sauce is now READY.
Dish out in a plate alongside your cooked rice and don't forget to invite me over.
(Laughs)

HOST: Yummy I can taste it already. This food seems quite easy and I think I'll be making mine soon. Thank you Chef Mercy for coming on the show.

CHEF MERCY: (Smiles) You're welcome!

HOST: So what are you waiting for Zoelovers, make your own stew and of course invite me over.
