I met a stranger while
she was passing by,
‘oh excuse me please’
was my reply.
we went on our way
and we never waisted
time,
we said how we feel
and we said goodbye.
While at home a
different story is told,
how we treat our loved
ones, whether young
and old.
Later that night while
cooking the evening
meal,
my lil sister stood
beside me very still.
When I turned, I nearly
knocked her down,
‘move out the way!’ I
said with a frown.
She moved, with her
little heart broken,
I didn’t realise how
harshly I’d spoken..
That’s why sometimes
life can seem cruel..
Tell me what the hell
am I supposed to do..
A wise man once came
to me and said..
He said that the only
way out
is the way through…
