Poverty is general scarcity or death,or the state of one who lacks a certain amount of material possessions or money.
It's the deprivation of basic human needs. The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted.
We need to steer clear of the poverty of ambition,where people want to drive fancy cars and wear nice clothes and live in nice apartments but don?t want to work hard to accomplish these things. Everyone should try to realize their full potential. Poverty is the worst form of violence.
Capital punishment is as fundamentally wrong as a cure for crime as charity is wrong as a cure for poverty. The real tragedy of the poor is the poverty of their aspirations.
